Title: Steak Irish Mist

Yield: 1 Servings

4 Sirloin steaks
1/4ptThick cream
2tbIrish Mist Liqueur
2ozButter
  Salt
  Peppercorns - freshly
  Ground
  Garnish - watercress

Remove sirloin steaks from bone, season with with salt and pepper. Heat pan, and when very hot add a knob of butter. When butter bubbles add steaks and cook for 4 minutes (or longer if desired) on either side. Remove to warm platter. Add cream to juices in pan, then add Irish Mist, stir and pour over steaks. Serve garnished with watercress.
